i had a canal view from my room. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with directions. i would stay here again for the location and service.
The sink in the bathroom drained slowly. this made washing up a little inconvenient. I hope they fix it soon.

the staff were friendly. the location was great, right on a tram route to the city center. lots of restaurants and bars were also nearby. i appreciated overlooking a canal, very picturesque.
the cleaners started a bit early in the morning. this was only a minor issue for me.

I found the canal view to be lovely. The location made it easy to explore. I could walk to many attractions. The tram stop outside was so convenient!

the inside looks modern despite the exterior. staff helped me immediately when i asked for another pillow. i felt really cared for during my nights here.
the lights did not work well and the room seemed a bit dark. i noticed wear and tear in certain areas, which could be fixed. these small issues didn't ruin the stay though, but made me a bit sad.
